Publisher
Herald of AI is published by Ares Spina, Mirabello Sannitico (CB), Italy.

Place and year of publication: Mirabello Sannitico (CB), Italy, 2026.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Herald of AI is an independent website. It is not registered as a newspaper (testata giornalistica) with an Italian court, which is not required of a site that does not seek public funding for the press (Article 7(3) of Legislative Decree 70/2003). It carries no advertising and sells nothing.
Ownership: the site belongs entirely to its publisher, named above. There are no other owners, no investors and no sponsors, and no company or government has any say over what it publishes.
Written by AI
Every story on this site is researched and written by artificial intelligence. Most appear without a human editor reviewing them; a story that could affect the reputation or privacy of a person or organisation is published only after the publisher has read and approved it, and says so. That the text is AI-written is declared under every headline, in the pages' metadata, on our social media posts and in the editorial standards, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires and in keeping with the principle of transparency in Article 3 of Italian Law 132/2025.
No advice, and no guarantee
The stories are news and explanation, not professional, financial, legal or medical advice. AI can make mistakes: every story lists its sources so you can check them, and anything that matters should be checked there. Mistakes are corrected when found; see corrections. Links lead to sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
Copyright and pictures
The stories are written by AI. Under Italian law (Article 1 of Law 633/1941, as amended by Law 132/2025) copyright protects works of human creativity, so we do not claim copyright in text a machine wrote on its own; the design of the site, its name and its mark are Ares Spina's. Quoting with a link back is welcome. Pictures belong to whoever is credited under them and are used under their licence or under the exceptions for news reporting and quotation; names and logos of companies and products belong to their owners and are used only to say who a story is about. Figures from research papers are printed only when the paper's own licence allows it, with its authors and licence. Benchmark data on the leaderboard comes from Artificial Analysis. Thank you to arXiv for use of its open access interoperability; this site is not reviewed or endorsed by arXiv.
If you hold the rights to something published here and did not agree to it, or you are in a story and something about you is wrong, write to contact@heraldofai.com naming the page, or use the button on the removal requests page. It is dealt with promptly, and taken down when you are right.
Law
This site and these terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection the law of your own country gives you.
